PILOTS
аIJʿª½±½á¹û pilots represent the best in the contracted air services industry. All pilots go through an intensive training regimen after they are interviewed and selected to join the аIJʿª½±½á¹û team. All аIJʿª½±½á¹û pilots are military veterans with thousands of hours of experience in tactical jet operations. Many of our pilots have broad experience at TOPGUN, MAWTS-1 or the USAF Fighter Weapons School. They possess the firsthand knowledge to train aviators effectively around the world.
All pilot positions at аIJʿª½±½á¹û start with the title "Fighter Pilot" and the duties are clearly delineated in each position description.
MAINTENANCE
аIJʿª½±½á¹û is recognized as a leader in the aircraft maintenance profession and has won the FAA William (Bill) O'Brian Diamond Safety Award for maintenance excellence for seven consecutive years (2013-2019). аIJʿª½±½á¹û routinely adds supervisors, mechanics, technicians and other positions to its talented aircraft maintenance staff.
